Dr. Marx is releasing us today! He is pleased with her echo results and her blood-oxygen saturation level. The nurse practicioner just removed her heart pacing wires (they've been unused since last week). Elizabeth also had a neurodevelopemental screening today, which involved tests of her problem-solving and language development. She did very well with the screening and is on-track for her age.
We will probably leave the hospital by 5pm today and spend the next two nights at the Yawkey Inn, where Gary has been staying all along. Last week we changed our flights to depart this Friday and we'll just stick with that plan.
